Built By Contractors, For Contractors

Restoration, Smarter.

Win the work. Run the job. Know the numbers. The operating system for restoration and exterior contractors. ClaimMetrik connects your leads, inspections, takeoffs, estimates, claims, production, job costs and profitability to one job record — so the work is entered once and the margin at the end is measured against the scope you actually sold.

ClaimMetrik is onboarding a limited number of contractors directly. See access and pricing.

One job recordFrom the first opportunity to final profit.

Customer, property, evidence, scope, decisions, production, and dollars stay connected.

The connected job

Every handoff keeps the context.

ClaimMetrik organizes the work around the property and opportunity—not a collection of disconnected modules.

Built for the full operation

Everything the job touches, in one place.

Each capability is labelled with what it actually is today. Nothing here is described as finished before it is.

CRM & pipeline

Available

Stop losing opportunities between the door knock and the estimate.

  • Leads, customers and properties as separate records that stay linked
  • Every job carries a Next Action and an owner
  • Pipeline stages with the attribution that produced them
  • Duplicate detection that shows you the existing job rather than blocking

Storm & territory intelligence

Available

Know which neighbourhoods are worth a truck roll this week.

  • NOAA storm events mapped against your territories
  • Territory drawing with overlap detection
  • Canvassing outcomes recorded per door, including the doors that produced nothing
  • Opportunity scoring that returns no score when the data is missing

Inspections & field documentation

Available

Get the documentation right the first time, so nobody drives back.

  • Company inspection templates, snapshotted into each inspection
  • Photo capture organised by section and elevation
  • Deterministic completeness — what is missing, not a score
  • A roof marked unreachable asks for ground documentation instead

Plan takeoff & measurement

Available

Measure the drawings in the same system that prices them.

  • PDF plan sets, scale calibration from presets, multiple scales per sheet
  • Linear, area, count and pitched roof measurement
  • Deterministic quantities — the maths is engine code, not a model
  • Publishing is a moment: an estimate keeps the numbers it was built on

Estimating & proposals

Available

Price for the margin you actually want, then show the customer a clean document.

  • Cost in five components; margin and markup never confused
  • Target margin guardrail that advises in dollars and never locks
  • Good/Better/Best or itemised, on your letterhead
  • The customer's proposal cannot carry your cost — enforced by its type

Claims & supplements

Available

Find the legitimate scope gaps and bring the evidence with them.

  • Carrier estimate extraction that reconciles to the printed total
  • Scope discrepancies with the evidence attached
  • Supplement packets and carrier follow-up tracking
  • No coverage conclusions, no invented codes, no invented prices

Production

Available

Hand a sold job to production without retyping any of it.

  • Contract scope and production scope kept distinct
  • Readiness as one row per requirement, never a percentage
  • Crews, schedule, tasks, change orders and selections
  • Starting over an unmet requirement is allowed and recorded

Job costing & profitability

Available

Know whether the job actually made money — and know when you do not yet know.

  • Contract value, budget, actual cost, cash in and cash out kept apart
  • Receipts and invoices posted to the job with their category
  • Under budget is not claimable until the costs are closed out
  • Final profit requires a deliberate closeout, then it is frozen

Invoicing & payments

Available

See what is billed, what is unbilled and what is actually overdue.

  • Progress, deposit and final invoices with numbers the database allocates
  • Customer, carrier, mortgage and finance payors on one ledger
  • Open balance and unbilled balance reported as different money
  • An overpayment is a credit, never a negative receivable

Team communication

Available

Keep the conversation about a job attached to the job.

  • One internal thread per opportunity that survives conversion
  • @mentions resolved to real teammates, never text styling
  • Comments pinned to a point on a plan sheet
  • Attachments in the same document store as everything else

AI assistance

Available

Let the software read the paperwork so your estimator does not have to.

  • Carrier estimate and receipt extraction, reconciled line by line
  • Takeoff suggestions that propose positions, never quantities
  • Correspondence drafting that a person reviews before anything sends
  • Every suggestion is reviewable and reversible; nothing self-approves

ClaimMetrik Field

Beta

The same job on a phone, at the property, with or without signal.

  • Assigned work, inspections, photos and canvassing
  • Offline capture that persists as it is made
  • The same records as the web — no separate mobile database
  • iOS build in controlled testing; not yet on the App Store

See every capability in detail

Not only insurance

One job record. Five kinds of work.

The claim workflow appears when there is a claim and stays out of the way when there is not. Job type changes the workflow, never what the software can do.

Insurance restoration

Storm damage from first door knock through supplement and final payment. The claim is part of the job, not the whole of it.

Retail & direct pay

No carrier, no claim, no adjuster. The same measurement, estimate, proposal, production and job-cost path.

Commercial bids

Measure the drawing set before anybody wins the work. Takeoff and estimating are pre-sale, so no production record is invented to reach them.

Remodel & renovation

Multi-trade scope, allowances, selections and change orders on a job that was never an insurance loss.

Service & repair

Small jobs are not forced through a nine-stage workflow. Same tools, shorter path.

From the first opportunity to final profit

How a job moves through ClaimMetrik.

Every step hands the next one everything it already knows.

  1. 01
    Find the opportunity

Storm and territory intelligence, canvassing, inbound leads and referrals — all landing on the same opportunity record with the attribution that produced it.

  2. 02
    Win the job

Assignment, next actions and pipeline stages, so nothing waits on somebody remembering it.

  3. 03
    Document the property

A guided inspection with photos organised by section and elevation, on a phone, at the address.

  4. 04
    Measure and estimate

Takeoff from plans or field measurement, then an estimate priced to your target margin and a proposal on your letterhead.

  5. 05
Handle the claim, if there is one

Carrier estimate review, scope-gap findings with their evidence, supplement packets and follow-up. Skipped entirely on retail work.

  6. 06
    Build the job

Contract scope becomes production scope. Readiness, crews, schedule, materials, selections and change orders.

  7. 07
    Track every dollar

Receipts, supplier invoices and labour posted against the budget. Customer invoices and payments from every payor on one ledger.

  8. 08
    Know the final profit

A deliberate closeout that checks the record, then freezes the answer. Not a number that quietly changes next month.

Why this is different

Built as one system, not assembled from six.

One connected job record

The lead, customer, property, inspection, measurement, estimate, claim, contract, production, cost and final profit are the same record — not exports between five tools.

Takeoff inside the operating system

Measure the plan set where you price it. The published measurement is what the estimate is built from, and it keeps its numbers when the drawing is revised.

Financial truth inside the job

Contract value, budget, recorded cost and cash are four separate facts. The product will not call an unfinished job under budget, because unspent money is not a saving.

AI applied to the paperwork

Reading a carrier estimate, a receipt or a plan sheet. Not a chat box bolted to a CRM, and never the thing that computes a quantity or a price.

Evidence before assertion

A supplement recommendation carries the photo, the measurement and the line it came from. Missing evidence produces “insufficient evidence”, never a plausible guess.

Less re-entry between software

Nothing you have already told it gets asked again — the customer, the address, the measurement and the scope all move forward as the same rows.

Everyone in the company

The same job, from six points of view.

What each person opens it for. Permissions decide what they can see and change.

Owner

Pipeline, sold work, job-level margin and where profit is leaking — without asking three people for a spreadsheet.

Sales rep

Today's doors, appointments and follow-ups. Every job carries the next action, so nothing is remembered in a truck.

Estimator

Plans, takeoff, scope and pricing in one place, with the margin effect visible before the proposal goes out.

Claim specialist

The carrier estimate, the field evidence and the supplement record on one screen, with the follow-up dates kept.

Production manager

Sold scope, readiness, crews, materials, change orders and the costs landing against the budget.

Field crew

The address, the work, the photos and the measurements. On a phone, without signal.

Automation with boundaries

AI helps review the work. People confirm the record.

01Evidence stays visible. Suggestions remain traceable to the documents, measurements, and observations behind them.

02Math stays deterministic. Takeoff quantities, margin, markup, and financial calculations do not become model guesses.

03Judgment stays human. ClaimMetrik assists; contractors decide what changes the job, claim, estimate, or production record.

Straight answers

Questions contractors ask.

What is ClaimMetrik?

An operating system for restoration and exterior contractors. It connects the CRM, inspections, takeoff, estimating, claims, production, job costing and profitability of a job to one record, so the work does not have to be re-entered between five tools.

Is ClaimMetrik only for insurance restoration?

No. Retail, commercial bids, remodels and service work run through the same job record. The claim workflow appears when there is a claim and stays out of the way when there is not.

Does it replace my CRM?

Yes — the CRM is part of it rather than a separate product. Leads, customers, properties, pipeline stages, assignment and follow-up are the front half of the same job that later carries the estimate, the production record and the final profit.

Does it include estimating and takeoff?

Both, and they are connected. You measure a plan set inside ClaimMetrik, publish the measurement, and the estimate is built from it. Takeoff is pre-sale: you do not need a sold job to measure a drawing.

Can it track job costs and tell me what a job made?

Yes, and it is deliberate about it. Contract value, budget, recorded cost, cash received and cash paid are kept as separate facts. Final profit is only reported after an explicit financial closeout — before that the figure says it is provisional, because an unfinished job with low recorded cost is not a profitable one.

Is there a mobile app?

ClaimMetrik Field is in controlled beta on iOS. It reads and writes the same records as the web app. It is not on the App Store yet, and we will not say it is until it is.

How is this different from a roofing CRM?

A CRM stops at the sale. ClaimMetrik carries the same job through measurement, pricing, the claim if there is one, production, costs, invoicing and closeout — so the margin at the end is measured against the scope that was actually sold.

How do I get access?

ClaimMetrik is onboarding a limited number of contractors directly. Request a demo and we will show you the product and set your company up.
