Terms of Service

The agreement between ClaimMetrik and the companies that use it.

Draft pending legal review. These terms are written to be clear rather than to be exhaustive, and are being reviewed by counsel before general availability. The contracting entity, governing law and dispute process are not yet settled and are deliberately not stated here.

What ClaimMetrik is

ClaimMetrik is software for running restoration and exterior contracting work: opportunities, inspections, measurements, estimating, claims where applicable, production, job costs, invoicing and profitability. It is provided as a hosted service.

Beta

ClaimMetrik is currently in a controlled beta with a limited number of contractors. Features may change, and some areas of the product are still being completed. We will tell you what is ready and what is not rather than letting you find out.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Your company administrator controls who in your company has an account and what each role may see.
You will not share one account between people. Roles and permissions only mean something if an account is one person.

Your data is yours

Customers, properties, photographs, estimates, job costs and financial records that your company enters belong to your company. We hold them to provide the service. We do not sell them and we do not share them with other customers.

What you agree not to do

Attempt to reach another company’s data.
Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written agreement.
Upload material you have no right to upload.
Resell access to the service without our agreement.

Artificial intelligence

AI features assist with reading, organising and drafting. They produce suggestions, not decisions. A person confirms anything that changes a record, and you remain responsible for what your company sends to a customer or an insurer.

What ClaimMetrik does not do

ClaimMetrik is not an insurer, adjuster, law firm or accountant. It records and organises your work. It does not determine coverage, does not decide what a carrier owes, and does not provide legal, insurance or accounting advice.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and will be honest when it is not. No specific uptime figure is promised here, because we do not yet have the measured operating history to stand behind one.

Fees

Pricing is not generally published during beta. Any fees that apply to your company will be agreed with you in writing before they start.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using ClaimMetrik at any time. If you do, ask us and we will work with you to get your data out in a usable form. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to reach another company’s data.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will say so and update the date above.
