ClaimMetrik holds a contractor’s customers, properties, photographs and financial records. This describes what happens to them.
Last updated September 2026.
Who this covers
ClaimMetrik is business software for roofing and exterior restoration contractors. Two different groups of people appear in it: the contractor’s team, who hold accounts, and the contractor’s customers, whose property and job details the contractor records. ClaimMetrik processes the second group on the contractor’s behalf — the contractor decides what is collected and why.
What we collect
From the people who use ClaimMetrik
- Account details: name, work email, and the company they belong to.
- Role and permissions inside their company’s workspace.
- Operational activity needed to run the product — which records were changed and when — so a company can see its own job history.
From people who contact us
- What you type into the contact or demo form: name, company, work email, and anything optional you choose to add. We use it to reply to you about ClaimMetrik.
Entered by contractors about their own customers
- Customer and property details, inspection photographs, measurements, scope, estimates, claim information where applicable, production records, costs, invoices and payments.
How your company’s data is separated
Every record belongs to one company. Separation is enforced in the database itself — by row-level security policies that resolve the caller’s company on every read and every write — rather than by the screens you see. Uploaded documents and photographs are held in private storage and are served only through short-lived links issued to somebody whose role includes them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share one contractor’s data with another.
- We do not pool your pricing or claim outcomes across customers to train anything shared. What ClaimMetrik learns from your work stays scoped to your company.
- We do not advertise to your customers.
Artificial intelligence
Some features use AI to read documents, organise photographs and draft text. AI output is always a suggestion: a person confirms anything that changes a record. Where a feature sends content to a model provider to do that work, it sends only what the feature needs.
Service providers
ClaimMetrik runs on third-party infrastructure for hosting, databases, file storage and AI processing. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Company data is kept for as long as the company has an account with us, because a contractor needs their job history. Contact-form submissions are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you want your data removed, ask us and we will tell you what we can delete and what we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are a contractor’s employee, your company administrator controls your access; if you are a homeowner whose details a contractor entered, contact that contractor first — it is their record.
Children
ClaimMetrik is business software and is not directed at children.
