How it works
One job, start to finish.
ClaimMetrik is not a set of tools that hand each other files. It is one record that gains detail as the job progresses — so the customer, the address, the photographs, the measurement, the scope and the money are never re-entered, and the profit at the end is measured against the scope that was actually sold.
From the first opportunity to final profit
How a job moves through ClaimMetrik.
Every step hands the next one everything it already knows.
- 01Find the opportunity
Storm and territory intelligence, canvassing, inbound leads and referrals — all landing on the same opportunity record with the attribution that produced it.
- 02Win the job
Assignment, next actions and pipeline stages, so nothing waits on somebody remembering it.
- 03Document the property
A guided inspection with photos organised by section and elevation, on a phone, at the address.
- 04Measure and estimate
Takeoff from plans or field measurement, then an estimate priced to your target margin and a proposal on your letterhead.
- 05Handle the claim, if there is one
Carrier estimate review, scope-gap findings with their evidence, supplement packets and follow-up. Skipped entirely on retail work.
- 06Build the job
Contract scope becomes production scope. Readiness, crews, schedule, materials, selections and change orders.
- 07Track every dollar
Receipts, supplier invoices and labour posted against the budget. Customer invoices and payments from every payor on one ledger.
- 08Know the final profit
A deliberate closeout that checks the record, then freezes the answer. Not a number that quietly changes next month.
Two real paths
The same system. Different workflow.
An insurance restoration job and a retail replacement are not the same process, and ClaimMetrik does not pretend they are.
- A hailstorm lands. Discover maps it against your territories and you work the doors.
- An interested homeowner becomes an opportunity with the property, the storm and the rep attached.
- Your inspector documents the roof against your own checklist, from a phone.
- You measure — from a plan set, an aerial report or the field — and publish the measurement.
- The estimate is built from that measurement and priced to your target margin.
- The carrier's estimate is read and compared. Scope gaps come back with their evidence.
- The homeowner accepts the proposal. The contract value is frozen at that moment.
- Production takes the sold scope. Crews, materials, schedule, change orders.
- Receipts, supplier invoices and labour post against the budget as they happen.
- Invoices go out; the carrier, mortgage company and homeowner all pay against them.
- Closeout checks the record and reports the final profit — then freezes it.
- A homeowner calls about a full roof replacement. No storm, no carrier, no claim.
- The opportunity is created with the property and the customer. Job type: retail.
- You measure and estimate exactly as above. Takeoff does not need a sold job.
- A proposal goes out on your letterhead — Good / Better / Best, or itemised.
- They accept. The same contract baseline is written, the same way.
- Production, costs, invoicing and closeout are identical.
- The claim tools never appear, because there is no claim.
Straight answers
Questions contractors ask.
What is ClaimMetrik?
An operating system for restoration and exterior contractors. It connects the CRM, inspections, takeoff, estimating, claims, production, job costing and profitability of a job to one record, so the work does not have to be re-entered between five tools.
Is ClaimMetrik only for insurance restoration?
No. Retail, commercial bids, remodels and service work run through the same job record. The claim workflow appears when there is a claim and stays out of the way when there is not.
Does it replace my CRM?
Yes — the CRM is part of it rather than a separate product. Leads, customers, properties, pipeline stages, assignment and follow-up are the front half of the same job that later carries the estimate, the production record and the final profit.
Does it include estimating and takeoff?
Both, and they are connected. You measure a plan set inside ClaimMetrik, publish the measurement, and the estimate is built from it. Takeoff is pre-sale: you do not need a sold job to measure a drawing.
Can it track job costs and tell me what a job made?
Yes, and it is deliberate about it. Contract value, budget, recorded cost, cash received and cash paid are kept as separate facts. Final profit is only reported after an explicit financial closeout — before that the figure says it is provisional, because an unfinished job with low recorded cost is not a profitable one.
Is there a mobile app?
ClaimMetrik Field is in controlled beta on iOS. It reads and writes the same records as the web app. It is not on the App Store yet, and we will not say it is until it is.
How is this different from a roofing CRM?
A CRM stops at the sale. ClaimMetrik carries the same job through measurement, pricing, the claim if there is one, production, costs, invoicing and closeout — so the margin at the end is measured against the scope that was actually sold.
How do I get access?
ClaimMetrik is onboarding a limited number of contractors directly. Request a demo and we will show you the product and set your company up.
